Printing Method: UV DTF (Direct-to-Film)
We print your artwork with UV-cured inks onto a carrier film and transfer it to the hard hat. During application the carrier film is removed, leaving only the cured ink on the hard hat — no vinyl edge or background. The result is crisp detail, vibrant colour, and excellent durability on curved, rigid surfaces.

Certified to EN812, it ensures compliance for workplaces that require head protection against bumps without the need for a full safety helmet.
