Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. Please check all items carefully when they arrive and contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your delivery.
Printed & Embroidered Items
Items that have been printed, embroidered, personalised or customised to your requirements cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Please ensure all sizes, colours, quantities, logos, artwork and order details are checked carefully before approving your order.
Plain Items
Plain, non-customised items may be returned if they do not fit, provided you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility and items must be returned at the customer’s expense.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in a saleable condition. This means they must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free from marks or odours, and returned with any original packaging, tags or labels where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not received back in a suitable condition.
Restocking Fee
We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on returned plain items. This may be deducted from your refund where applicable.
Faulty Items
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us before returning it. We may ask for photos or further information so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
