The Portwest C473 Rail Spec Long Sleeve Hi Vis Vest is a lightweight Class 3 visibility garment designed for rail contractors, infrastructure teams and other workplaces where additional arm coverage and high-visibility performance are required.
Made from lightweight 124gsm polyester warp knit, the C473 provides the extra fluorescent and reflective coverage of a long-sleeved garment without the weight of a conventional hi vis jacket. Its simple hook-and-loop front fastening and generous fit make it easy to wear over everyday work clothing.

This makes the Orange C473 particularly suitable for rail contractors, trackside teams and infrastructure projects where RIS-3279-TOM compliant orange clothing is specified.
The Yellow version should not be described as rail compliant.
