Printing Method: UV DTF (Direct-to-Film)
We print your artwork with UV-cured inks onto a carrier film and transfer it to the hard hat. During application the carrier film is removed, leaving only the cured ink on the hard hat — no vinyl edge or background. The result is crisp detail, vibrant colour, and excellent durability on curved, rigid surfaces.

Purpose-built for working at height, this helmet delivers secure fit and reliable impact protection for climbers, telecoms engineers, and wind turbine technicians. A four-point chin strap ensures the helmet remains in place during intense activity, while the streamlined shell reduces snag risks. Manufactured from high-strength ABS, it absorbs and disperses impact energy to reduce risk of injury from falling objects. An adjustable harness system with sweatband provides stability and comfort for extended wear.
