Printing Method: UV DTF (Direct-to-Film)
We print your artwork with UV-cured inks onto a carrier film and transfer it to the hard hat. During application the carrier film is removed, leaving only the cured ink on the hard hat — no vinyl edge or background. The result is crisp detail, vibrant colour, and excellent durability on curved, rigid surfaces.
- No background — just the ink left on the shell
- Ideal for curved and rigid hard hat surfaces
- Durable, wipe-clean finish for site use
Printable areas: Front and Back only.

Product Details
This baseball-style bump cap blends casual looks with concealed protection, making it perfect for environments where impact from falling objects is not a risk but knocks and bumps are common. A lightweight ABS shell insert is hidden beneath the fabric cap, absorbing minor impacts while maintaining a modern, sporty style. Ventilation holes and a comfortable fit allow extended wear in warehouses, logistics, or light manufacturing settings. Certified to EN812, it ensures compliance for workplaces that require head protection against bumps without the need for a full safety helmet.
- Warehousing & logistics where protection from minor bumps is required (EN812)
